A method that actually works

We design our courses based on the participant's language level, needs and objectives. The courses are always based on a needs analysis, clear goals and a learning process that includes multiple stages.

Language needs analysis

Before beginning a course, we always perform a careful initial analysis in order to adapt the course content and curriculum to the needs and wishes of the organization and participants. The analysis covers the wishes of the organization as well as the personal goals of the participants. This analysis forms the basis for the course objectives and curriculum.

Individual level assessment

We have a lot of experience assessing language skills and have well developed and reliable testing methods. Prior to starting a course, we perform a language test, where participants can test their listening and reading comprehension, grammar skills, written and verbal communication skills.

Regular reviews

During the course, we hold regular review sessions with the participants. This is when we compare our current work with the goals we set up at the start of the course.

Evaluation, course report and grades

As the end of the course, the participants and the person who ordered the course receive a course report. The report details the results that the course participants achieved, what was included in the course, and what type of material the participants worked with. Each course participant also receives an individual certificate indicating that they have completed the training – assuming that they were present for at least 70 percent of the training.
