Association International des Interprètes de Conference

The AIIC is a professional organization for conference interpreters (oral translation in real time).

AIIC helps ensure a high quality of interpretation, through its support for research and training. To gain membership, one has to have worked more than 150 days and have had their professional skills tested by experienced interpreters. AIIC's members follow the professional codes of the organization and must maintain strict confidentiality.
