Indo-European languages

The Indo-European language family is the most widespread language family in the world and has its origins in Europe and Asia.

Swedish and English belong to this family, along with many other languages.
This family includes, for example, the Celtic, Germanic, Baltic, Slavic, Romance, Italic, Indo-Aryan, and Iranian language groups. Most European languages belong to the Indo-European language family.

Note! Finish, Estonian, Hungarian, Basque, and Maltese do not belong to the Indo-European language family.
