Localization

The term localization refers to linguistic and cultural adaptation
of a text or a product.

Localization is the name of the process by which you adapt products such as software, help systems, printed documentation, marketing texts, web pages and web applications, multi-media products, mobile phones, etc, to a format that will be received both linguistically and culturally in a positive way in countries that lie outside of the original market.
